Tricia ScottThere is one familiar face which, from the beginning of September, will no longer greet you as you arrive at York Associates.  After eight years of service and dedication to the clients of York Associates, Tricia Scott, our receptionist, will retire.  We will not only be saying goodbye to our receptionist as Tricia has clearly been so much more.  She has been our official photographer, taking great photos every Monday morning of our clients.  She is also an artist, producing beautiful work, some of which adorn our walls.  She has been our social secretary and font of local knowledge, providing invaluable information to our participants on all the events and places to go inYork.  She is the face behind our Team Management Profile processing, and her copy editor’s eagle eye has been invaluable in the checking of hundreds of course reports and a decade’s worth of York Associates brochures. On top of all this, every week she prepares everything – including course files and memory sticks – that our clients and trainers need in order to ensure a successful week.

We are all grateful to her for the way that she has always given her time so generously and we appreciate the pride she has taken in her work.  Above all, we will miss her unforgettably warm personality.  We wish her a very happy retirement and hope that she will be able to dedicate more time now to her art and to her voluntary projects.
