Bob Dignen will run two webinars in September and October which will focus on the challenges of communicating across cultures. He will draw on ideas from the book he recently co-authored with Business Spotlight editor Ian McMaster, Communicating Internationally in English (published by York Associates), and examine the challenges of influencing and building trust across cultures.
